The product you have selected, which will be in your shopping cart, will not be insured against the risk that another registered user on the website and/or a user who has visited the store before you will not beat you and will not purchase the same item from Qaravan.ge, therefore we recommend that you make the purchase in a timely manner.

Qaravan.ge does not accept responsibility for the fact that you, as a user of the website, were unable to purchase the desired product even though you viewed this product on the Qaravan.ge website or reserved it in your electronic wallet before making the payment.

Products purchased online are delivered throughout Georgia, including villages. The delivery service is provided by the Georgian Post Company.

Orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered to Tbilisi the next business day. Orders are delivered on weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 10:00 to 19:00. Products are not delivered to Tbilisi on Saturdays. On Saturdays, if you wish, you can pick up your purchases yourself from our stores. For example:

After making a purchase on Qaravan.ge, after we deliver your purchase to the transport company, you will receive an email with the shipment number at the email address specified in your profile. With this number, you will be able to check the status of your shipment on the Georgian Post website. With this number, you can also find out the status of your shipment by calling the Georgian Post hotline. 

When purchasing products through the Qaravan.ge online store, you choose a shipping company that will transport your order to the specified address. Qaravan.ge's responsibility ends when the products are transferred to the shipping company, and this responsibility is transferred to the shipping company.
